Since many solar inverters are on the roof, the connection bolts and wires must be checked, and each connection bolt and wire should be tightened. Then check output and adjust the tilt angle.


In addition to the photovoltaic array mentioned above, the tracker should also be valued. For example, the connection bolts on the tracker should also be tightened, and check whether the shock absorption function is normal. If there is a problem, the shock absorption needs to be repaired. In addition, the wiring connection must be confirmed.


Third, the charging controller is the focus of maintenance. Check whether the rectifier voltage is normal through the voltage meter reading. Also, check whether the temperature compensation function of the charging controller is normal or not. The temperature compensation function of the charging controller in many devices are automatically adjusted and do not require manual settings.


Fourth, battery inspection mainly reflects on checking whether the voltage of the battery is normal. In particular, failed batteries must be replaced, and check whether the battery can still be charged evenly.


Fifth, finally, check the installation settings of the solar electric inverter, including whether the wiring connection and each component are working properly. If it is an inverter with charging function, set the charging voltage to about 14.5 volts with reference to the instructions.
