Refund Policy

When you order at Anern.shop, we provide brand new intact product and takes utmost care of the customer’s desire. However, while receiving the product if it is found damaged or defective or not in the same condition as per its specifications or not delivered as per your order then you have the right to return the item.

Our Return Policy provides you the opportunity to have your product be returned for exchange (or for refund where permitted) in a maximum of 30 working days. All these replacements and refunds will be agreed to give the customers only after the product reaches back to Anern store’s warehouse.

In case of returning the product, customer needs to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product you purchased in Anern store must be unused/uninstalled and in the same condition that you received it, with a user manual, warranty cards, tags, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Sorry but we are unable to refund or exchange 'used' or 'installed' PRODUCTS.

We do not accept return policy for products of specific categories. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Products purchased from dealers or resellers and not in Anern store directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping costs are not refundable and Anern does not arrange or pay for the shipping of any PRODUCT being returned including any insurance or packaging costs etc. The exception is if we have shipped an incorrect PRODUCT, in error, then we will arrange for pre-paid return shipping. For warranty repairs.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days from the date returned and applied to the original payment method. This means if you paid by a specific credit card then the refund will be credited back to that same card. Please wait patiently for the refund to arrive.

We have the right to change the refund & cancellation policy anytime. But don’t worry, any changes to this policy will be posted.
