Shipping Policy

The transportation methods we support in Anern store are as follows: Ocean Freight、air transportation, railway transportation, Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL and so on. You can choose one of the transportation methods according to your shipping address. Remember to provide the exact address in Anern store with landmarks helps us with making quick delivery.

The products you purchased in Anern store in China, the Duties, import fees, or taxes assessed by your country’s customs service, or customs brokerage fees that are assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is complete you will receive the Order Confirmation through email and SMS on your registered e-mail ID and phone numbers, respectively. Once it is processed you will again be intimated similarly through an email and SMS.

If you have purchased online while logged in, you will be able to track the shipment from your account dashboard. However if you shop as a guest you will need to contact us at our Sales Support Online or by mailing at, mentioning your order details.

Your goods will ship to you within 7 days after you take all the right steps and we have received the payment from your service provider, we will deliver the product to you as soon as possible. But it may need 2 more days to deliver the product if your area does not in the center of the city.

Before signing the delivery receipt, check the product for any damage and make sure it stands up to your expectations. In case you forget to do so, they would be liable for any mishappening after delivery.

Upon receiving the product(s), please open the carton(s) to check carefully immediately. If the product(s) has any concealed damage, retain the carton(s) and contact us as soon as possible with proper images.

When you sign for a delivery, you acknowledge that the package was received in good condition. If you sign for damaged goods without making a damage notation, we may not be able to help you pursue a damage claim.
